Fujifilm X-E1 and the XF 18-55 f/2.8-4.0 Kit Lens

Fujifilm X-E1 and the XF 18-55 f/2.8-4.0 Kit Lens

What impresses me about this image is the colour transition and there are no burnt out highlights. The blacks under the bridge are blocked but only because it was like that in real life. The colours are spot on again and there was no colour work done in either Lightroom or Photoshop.
The taste for the other XF lenses is growing on me daily. I have to hold off though because I will definately get the X100S next. What stopped me getting the X100 was the quirckiness of using it, especially the OVF/EVF and the slow AF. I'm glad I held off on that purchase because the X100S AF is supposedly a lot faster. If it's as fast as the X-E1 I can live with it.
Fujifilm have managed to put PDAF on the sensor this time so things should have speeded up nicely.
