Panasonic LUMIX G LEICA DG Nocticron 42.5mm f1.2 ASPH

Panasonic LUMIX G LEICA DG Nocticron 42.5mm f1.2 ASPH

I believe the Panasonic Nocticron is the best portrait lens for the m4/3 system at present together with the Olympus 75 f1.8. These two lenses are simply stunning. But then again the price for the Nocticron is also stunning Frown. The Nocticron is quite large and quite heavy, especially on some of the smaller cameras. However, I personally like a system tha has some weight because it provides a stabeler system to hold.

I thought some viewers would like to see what this looks like on various camera and I've included one with the 75 f1.8 on a the E-M10. I hope someone will find this useful. For those with the 75 f1.8 and planning on purchasing the 42.5 f1.2 let me tell you that it's heavier than the 75 f1.8. However the lens is worth every cent, you know you have something special in the hand when using it. I'm not really surprised it's so good because Leica have had their fingers on design etc. You can just tell when holding the lens.

The image above shows the Nocticron on the E-M10, E-M1 and the GX7.
