Sorry some more flowers coming your way. It's something I can'r resist too. There's so much variety in form and colour you just can't take photographs of them all. But, sometimes it does show how good a lens and camera combination really is. If the colour and contrast is good, the texture of the leaves and petals. I'm just fascinated by it all and I think it shows in my photography. The following images shows just how good LR4.1 is at recovering highlights. Most of these images were slightly overexposed where I had to use highlight recovery on them. Works too.

Handheld at the equivalent of 600mm. The IS on this camera is superb, and the lens is no slouch either. I didn't expect this to be so sharp. What I don't do is delete any images directly from the card as I am shooting. Memory is cheap and there is no reason to be running out of space while out photographing. Many a time I have been quite surprised at some of the images I have taken after downloading them onto my PC. Keep everything until you get home and download everything onto your PC. You can always delete them then.

Another one at 75. A bit of an abstract but I like these at times. The grass was growing chest high and I just couldn't resist it. I find that after a while you tend to take the same type of images because you have trained your eye to see those images. Don't get into a rut because the images get a little boring and you find yourself getting frustrated with your photography. Always look for something different and don't be afraid to be a little adventerous. You can always delete the images if you don't like them or they're just a catastrophy.

I was concentrating so much on getting some long range shots that I almost forgot to get some images at the other end of the zoom range. This image proves again that my copy of this lens is stellar. I can't complain obout the shrpness here. Can you?

Now these Pelicans were just enjoying the sun in the middle of this lake. They were quite far away and made a perfect target for my 75-300 lens. Just how well the IS worked and the sharpness of the image proves to me that the combination of OM-D and the mZD 75-300 is just fantastic.

After looking at the orange colour of the petals in this image I decided´to look back at the images posted in the last few days. I have come to the conclusion that the colour acuracy of the OM-D is pretty much spot on. It's much better than my Panasonic cameras (except the DMC-L1) in this respect. I always have to adjust those which costs quite a bit of time with certain images. Gets me a little frustrated from time to time too.

The leaf texture turned out well in this image. The stammen are also pretty sharp. Again, not a lot to say about the image, just putting the OM-D through it's paces with this wondeful lens.

I really do like the way the OM-D sensor captures the images. It's pretty flat and it gives me more room to play with when developing the raw file.

I made a little sudy here of some flowers at the side of a lake. I couldn't get that close to them so I used my mZD 14-150 lens that seemed to line on my E-PL1. This gave me another chance to test this lens on the OM-D. There's not a lot to say about these images except that I like them and I think the lens did pretty well.
