This is Samsung doing their own thing again. Having broken their partnership with Pentax they have brought the NX10 to market using an APS-C sensor. Lenses are a little slow coming onto the market but have just released a new lens roadmap for the next 3 years. This should be interesting to see if they can play with the big boys.

The 30f2 lens certainly is impressive but the camera is a little slow in the focusing department.
I'm sure we will see Samsung improving on this in the next generation camera.

Also planned is a Classic+ series of cameras, destined for the advanced amateur. I just can't see Samsung competing with the likes of Canon or Nikon. Having said that, a mirrorless camera is still missing from the Canikon camps.

Since Samsung have released a few more cameras and a few more lenses for their NX series, I have decided not to pusue their line any longer.
